We offer a 12-month warranty. The warranty period begins officially from the date the container arrives at your local destination port.
Q3: What if the goods are damaged upon arrival?
For small parcels, check the package in front of the courier and refuse to sign if damaged. For bulk cargo, take video and photo evidence immediately. If using our logistics, we will negotiate compensation with the carrier based on your proof.

Yes. We have over 10 years of experience in OEM/ODM services for global clients. We act as both a manufacturer and a sourcing agent to provide a win-win solution for consumer electronics.
Q5: Can you provide technical source files like 3D STP or source code?
This must be discussed before the project begins. We typically charge low R&D fees because our goal is long-term cooperation and providing finished products, rather than just selling technology property rights.
