Can your company provide samples FOC?
Our products are of high value, especially the batteries. Moreover, each sample is assembled by our professional technicians, and we need to consider the technicians' time and labor costs. Therefore, we are unable to provide free samples and pay for the shipping cost. However, if your purchase quantity exceeds 300 pieces of a single style, you can deduct the cost of the sample, but international shipping cost is not included.
When does the product warranty period start?
After-sales time starts from the time that the container arrives at the local port.
What should I do if I find that the sample or goods are damaged upon receipt?
If you receive a parcel, please check and open the package in front of the courier. If the sample is damaged, you can refuse to sign for the package. For bulk cargo, you can refuse to sign and take videos/pictures as proof. If using your designated freight forwarder, please seek compensation from them. If using our logistics, we will use your provided evidence to negotiate partial compensation with the carrier.
Can you provide ODM services for electronic product development?

Will you transfer technology property rights like Source code or STP files?
If a client requires source code or 3D design files, this must be discussed before paying R&D fees. We charge very low design fees because our primary goal is long-term cooperation and providing finished products rather than selling technological achievements. Each project is considered on a case-by-case basis.
