What is the MOQ & Price Term?
No MOQ for the first sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For quantities exceeding 1000-2000 pcs (depending on models), FOB terms apply.
Can you provide custom designs and requirements?
Yes, as a direct manufacturer with in-house mold and injection workshops, we can develop products based on specific requirements. Custom packing and logos are available with a 1000 pcs MOQ per color.
What is the delivery timeline?
Regular neutral products typically ship within 15-20 days. For customized packing and branding, the delivery time is approximately 25-30 days.
How are goods shipped and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Official orders are usually shipped by sea, taking 35-50 days depending on the destination.
What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts over USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due before delivery. For smaller amounts, full payment is recommended to save on bank fees.
