What are your accepted trade terms?
We mainly operate under EXW, FOB, FCA, CFR, CIF, DDU, and other standard international trade terms.
What are the payment terms and methods?
Mainly TT in advance and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight in specific cases.
Do you provide samples?
For small value standard items, free samples are available. However, the shipment cost is to be borne by the customer.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If the items are in stock, we can deliver within 24–72 hours. If there is no stock, the lead time will be specified in the Proforma Invoice (PI) for your reference.
What kind of after-sales service do you offer?
We typically respond within 24 hours to address any needs or concerns following your purchase.
