What is the typical delivery time?
For items in stock, we can deliver within 24–72 hours. For non-stock items, the specific lead time will be provided on the Proforma Invoice (PI).
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, free samples are available for small-value standard items; however, the shipment cost is to be borne by the customer.

We are committed to professional support and normally respond to any inquiries or service needs within 24 hours.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T in advance before delivery. In certain cases, we also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
