What is the difference between pure sine wave and modified sine wave inverters?
Pure sine wave inverters provide power equal to or better than the public grid, ensuring long lifespan and protection for sensitive appliances like refrigerators and air conditioners. Modified sine wave inverters can negatively impact inductive loads and certain motor control circuits.
What kind of appliances can this solar system power?
Our system can be used for household, office, and agricultural appliances, including inductive loads such as refrigerators, air conditioners, water pumps, and common electronics like TVs and computers.
Is a power inverter absolutely required in a solar energy system?
While not strictly required for basic battery power, an inverter is necessary if you want to use normal AC appliances (220V or 230V). Without it, you are limited to direct battery power.
How do I choose the right inverter voltage (12V, 24V, or 48V)?
This refers to the battery bank input voltage. Higher voltages allow for smaller wires between the panel and battery. The solar panels, inverter, and battery bank must all use the same system voltage.
What is your warranty policy if a product is faulty?
If a product is faulty, you can provide us with pictures or video evidence. We will analyze the issue and supply free spare parts, such as PCB boards, as part of our after-sales service.
Do you support OEM orders?
Yes, we accept OEM orders and can print specific requirements on the product nameplates and packaging.
